| Our extensive wine list is carefully thought out to compliment and enhance the guest experience. The philosophy of the wine program is to offer variety, value, and passion and to be consumer friendly. Papa Razzi offers a wide range of by the glass, and half bottles so that the Guest (novice or connoisseur) can experiment or have multiple varietals with their meal. The wines by the glass are also broken up into nine tasting flights that are themed in flavor profile. There are four white flights, Pinot Grigio, Light & Aromatic, Flinty & Mineral and Chardonnay. There are five red flights that consist of Light & Fruity, Medium Bodied, Spicy & Juicy Red, Robust Red, Sangiovese and Rustic Red. Each flight consists of three varietals with a two-ounce pour served on a flight placemat detailing the varietal and taste description. The wine list is designed in a "progressive" format which lists wine in descending order from lighter bodied and flavor intensity to fuller bodied and flavor intensity. This assists our Guest as well as our staff to navigate through the list to make an easy selection with their meal. The wine selections include all of the main regions and varietals of Italy as well as a few California selections.
